Northeast Factory Direct
At Northeast Factory Direct, you never pay for a salesperson’s commission when buying wholesale home furniture in Cleveland. And there’s not added charges for expensive store fronts when you buy things like wholesale spas and wholesale bar furniture from us. You also won’t have to pay extra for individual per item shipping costs on wholesale home furniture or wholesale billiards tables. And you won’t have to pay for the biggest culprit when it comes to purchasing wholesale bar furniture and wholesale hot tubs in Cleveland: high cost media and advertising. It is that kind of overhead that usually drives prices on other so-called wholesale home furniture stores through the roof.
If you ever see a TV ad or hear radio advertising from us, you can be rest assured that it’s sponsored by our wholesale home furniture product manufacturers due to our performance to further increase product exposure and has no bearing on your final wholesale home furniture consumer cost. We have hand picked a few exclusive relationships with wholesale bar furniture and wholesale spas manufacturers that meet our rigid quality standards for wholesale pool tables, wholesale spas and wholesale home furniture. This keeps us from spending the majority of our time dealing with angry customers, workmanship issues or warranty complaints. We like to spend our time marketing and delivering the best wholesale home furniture product to satisfied clients.
T&W Interiors, @TreitzWhayne
Suzanne Wallace Whayne
From childhood, Suzanne has been a natural at cultivating her talents across all mediums of the arts.
A Louisville, Kentucky native, Suzanne was born to live and breathe the arts, and attended the Youth Performing Arts High School. She received a musical theatre scholarship, from Northern Kentucky University. She then pursued her love of music in Los Angeles and graduated from Musicians Institute as a vocal major. Suzanne attended the University of Louisville where she received her BA in Communications/Advertising. She lived, studied and worked as an actress and singer in both NYC and LA for well over a decade. On top of Suzanne’s east and west coast living, she has traveled the world cultivating her eye for design and trends.
Suzanne always had interior design talent. She visually could see a whole room or even the whole house in completion in her mind’s eye. She had such a passion for design, friends would constantly ask for her help in designing their own homes and she would.
Through her bi-coastal living and extensive travels, her eye for design and creating eclectic spaces has flourished. Suzanne’s portfolio boasts interiors that match many facets of what design is all about, but in a unique way. The dynamic vision carries through with a recipe of masculine and feminine fusion, coupled with respect for the space at hand. The balance lies also with a mix of modern, transitional, midcentury to traditional, even Victorian. Any genre is not out of reach. Suzanne first and foremost wants to make the client happy by creating something that is uniquely their own in a timeless way. “A space that defines you and only you.”
Harriet Cochran Treitz
“A Natural eye for Color and Space”
Harriet Cochran Treitz is a native Louisvillian with deep ancestral roots that go back many generations in Kentucky. This is the foundation that has given her the “natural” talent expressed in interior design.
Harriet’s ancestry stems from many generations that gave much flavor to Louisville tradesmen such as her Great-Great Grandfather Theopolis Conrad of the Conrad-Caldwell House and Lemon & Sons in the silver trade. The book series “The Little Colonel” by Annie Fellows Johnson was based on the lives of her Grandmother Hattie Cochran Dick and her Great-Great Grandfather Colonel George Washington Weissinger.
As a young child she was exposed to the arts through her esteemed mother, Mary Anne Tyler “Ming Dick”, a well known interior designer involved in the Louisville Children’s Theatre, Kentucky Opera, Junior League and Bittner’s interiors. Her father, Albert Conrad Dick, a respected builder and developer, taught her space planning.
Attending Stephens College, she obtained a BFA in art and photography. After many apprenticeships in her youth, she spent 22 years as a designer with Bittner’s followed by 8 years with the Lee W. Robinson Company.
Harriet’s works are well known. She has been published in Sophisticated Living Magazine 5 times, she has set stages for 10 years for the Kentucky Authors Forum, featured in Homearama homes and the Bellarmine show house. All of these works show the many elements and vast styles of interior design. She has the ability to give a unique expression of energy of lifestyle, comfort and style that completes a home to be “lived” in by her clients.
Trace Your Space Designs
Interior Design was my second Degree and my second Career. My love and talent for design became evident at an early age. Creating art, decorating and rearranging spaces was more than a hobby, but a passion that has never been extinguished.
My first career of 15 years providing Physical Therapy in nursing homes was the time that I really developed my skills of listening and seeing people, places, and things as opportunities to improve, rebuild and harmonize.
I love people and I love how I can affect people by improving their spaces. Like a child I will never grow weary of playing and creating, continuing the business to surprise.
